What You'll Do

  • Design and implement engaging cheerleading routines tailored to skill levels and team goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in sports coaching, cheerleading, or related physical activity instruction.

  • Knowledge of cheerleading techniques, choreography, and performance skills.
  • Experience with behavior management and skill development with students.
  • Familiarity with health club or gym environments is a plus.
  • Additional skills in swimming, martial arts, climbing, or basketball are advantageous.

Basketball Trainer

UDID Academy is seeking an experienced and motivated Basketball Trainer to lead skill-building sessions for youth and young adults of varying abilities. This is an independent contractor position, ideal for individuals who can design and deliver high-quality, adaptive basketball training while fostering a positive and inclusive sports experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead group and individual basketball training sessions tailored to a wide range of skill levels.
  • Adapt drills and activities to meet the needs of athletes with disabilities or special needs.
  • Teach basketball fundamentals, including dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive skills.
  • Encourage values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience.
  • Track and communicate athlete progress with participants and UDID program staff.
  • Collaborate with the Sports Program Supervisor and Team Lead to align training with program goals.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming training environment.
  • Manage equipment setup and breakdown for each session.
  • Participate in team meetings and support community events when applicable.

What We're Looking For

  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Prior experience coaching or training in basketball (especially with youth or adaptive programs) preferred.
  • Passion for working with individuals of all abilities.
  • Strong understanding of basketball techniques and effective coaching practices.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Availability for evenings 3:45 PM – 8:00 PM and weekends 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • Spanish proficiency a plus, but not required.

ABA Program Supervisor

The Part-Time ABA Program Supervisor will oversee the delivery of high-quality ABA-informed services within UDID Academy's programs. You will supervise behavior technicians/therapists, implement individualized behavior support plans, ensure participant safety and engagement during sessions, and collaborate with families, coaches, and the team to promote meaningful progress in a fun, inclusive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and provide direct clinical oversight to ABA therapists/behavior technicians during program sessions.
  • Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles and positive behavior supports.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed; collect and analyze data on participant progress.
  • Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to staff to ensure fidelity to ABA best practices.
  • Facilitate safe, engaging, and inclusive group activities promoting communication, social interaction, motor skills, and self-regulation.
  • Collaborate with families, program leads, and other staff to address participant needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, documentation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Assist in program development, session planning, and community events as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • RBT certification or currently enrolled in a Master's program.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services (direct 1:1 or group implementation).
  • Experience supervising or mentoring behavior technicians/staff preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, positive behavior intervention strategies, and data collection.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between program sites.
  • Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting.
  • Availability for part-time hours including some afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends.

UDID Academy is seeking a skilled Nonprofit Photographer and Videographer to capture compelling visuals that document and promote the Academy's programs, events, and community impact. This role involves documenting programs, producing marketing and social media content, and engaging with students, staff, and the community to visually communicate the Academy's achievements and initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Capture and produce images and videos of school programs, events, community activities, and special projects.
  • Edit photos and videos to produce professional-quality material suitable for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop visual stories showcasing the Academy's impact.
  • Attend school events, performances, and outreach activities to ensure comprehensive visual coverage.
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain a library of visual assets for internal and external use.
  • Provide images and videos for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and grant applications.

What We're Looking For

What You'll Do

  • Arrive early to assist with venue setup — tables, signage, equipment, and activity stations.
  • Welcome families, participants, and guests; answer questions and direct traffic on event day.
  • Support coaches and staff during showcases, tournaments, and community outreach events.
  • Help with breakdown and cleanup at the end of each event.
