Cost should never be a barrier to participation. Learn about all the financial assistance options available at UDID Academy — including scholarships, Regional Center funding, and payment plans.
At UDID Academy, we believe that every child deserves access to adaptive sports — regardless of their family's financial situation. That is why we have built multiple pathways to make our programs accessible to families who need support.
UDID Academy Scholarships
We offer need-based scholarships that cover partial or full program costs for qualifying families. Scholarships are funded through donations from our generous community of supporters and corporate sponsors.
Who Qualifies
Scholarship eligibility is based on demonstrated financial need. We do not have a strict income cutoff — we evaluate each application individually and do our best to support every family who needs help.
How to Apply
- Contact us by phone or email to request a scholarship application
- Complete the application with basic household and financial information
- Submit the application — no supporting documents required for initial review
- Receive a decision within 5 business days
- Enroll in your chosen program with scholarship funding applied
Regional Center Funding
If your child receives services through a California Regional Center, adaptive sports may be fundable as a community-based service under their Individual Program Plan (IPP). See our full guide on Regional Center funding for step-by-step instructions.
Payment Plans
For families who do not qualify for scholarships but need flexibility, we offer monthly payment plans that spread program costs over the season. Contact us to discuss options.
Sponsor a Child Program
Our Sponsor a Child program allows community members and businesses to directly fund a child's participation for a full season. If you are a family in need, you may be matched with a sponsor who covers your child's program costs entirely.
Do not let cost stop your child from participating. Contact UDID Academy today and we will work with you to find a financial assistance option that works for your family.
