FAQ

Common Questions

When are camps held?

We offer summer camps, winter break camps, and spring break camps. Skill clinics are held throughout the year. Contact us for the current schedule and upcoming dates.

What is the difference between a camp and a clinic?

Camps are multi-day, multi-sport experiences. Clinics are shorter, more intensive sessions focused on a specific sport or skill area.

What is the staff-to-participant ratio at camps?

We maintain a high staff-to-participant ratio at all camps — typically 1:3 or better — to ensure every participant receives individualized support.

What should my child bring to camp?

Participants should bring athletic clothing, supportive shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, and any snacks or lunch needed. A detailed packing list is provided upon registration.
