Ursula Allen, Finance
Virginia Day, BCBA
Virginia Day attended CSULB where she earned her BA degree in Communication Studies and Liberal Arts in 2002 and a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2010. In 2021, Virginia passed her exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst after completing the coursework at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Virginia has dedicated her career to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 20 years, beginning as a Behavior Technician and now serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the past five years. She has worked with students across a wide range of ages and needs, providing behavioral support, staff training, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving within educational settings.
Virginia is passionate about helping individuals and teams work more efficiently through strong collaboration, practical systems, and meaningful relationship-building. She values creating supportive environments where staff feel empowered, students can succeed, and teams can work together with clarity and purpose.
In addition to her professional role, Virginia is also a proud mom to two young men, which has further shaped her perspective on patience, leadership, communication, and advocacy both inside and outside of the workplace. Virginia’s goal is always to lead with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others grow.
Christopher Holyfield, Program Manager
With over 10 years of experience coaching youth sports, Christopher Holyfield has dedicated his career to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Specializing in flag football and adaptive sports, he is passionate about creating inclusive environments where every athlete has the opportunity to grow, compete, and succeed. Over the past five years, he has served as a Program Director for youth travel teams, helping build competitive programs focused on skill development, teamwork, discipline, confidence, and character.
For the past two years, Christopher Holyfield has been a valued member of the UDID Academy coaching staff, where he continues to mentor and inspire young athletes through leadership, encouragement, and a strong commitment to player development. A former college football player, he brings firsthand knowledge of the game along with a competitive mindset and passion for teaching the fundamentals of sportsmanship and leadership.
In addition to his athletic and coaching background, Christopher Holyfield has pursued higher education at Colorado Technical University, further strengthening his leadership and professional development skills. His dedication to youth development, adaptive athletics, and community impact continues to leave a lasting impression on the athletes and families he serves.
Janae D. Junior, A/R & Billing
Janae D. Junior holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge and an Associate Degree in Accounting from El Camino Community College. She brings over 15 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial operations, reporting, and business support. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every role she has held.
Outside of her professional life, Janae is a devoted wife and proud mother of two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants, traveling to new countries, and creating meaningful experiences with her family and friends.
Michael St Onge, Outreach Coordinator
Michael St Onge brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience at a Fortune 50 organization, with a background spanning Operations, HR, Sales, and Government Outreach across California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Originally from South Central Los Angeles and a business graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, he has built a distinguished career focused on organizational excellence, workforce development, and community advancement. He is also a recipient of multiple Congressional and civic recognitions across Southern California for his contributions to the community.
He has led major initiatives in workforce strategy, employee engagement, and cross-functional operations, while also driving impactful outreach and partnership programs. Michael serves on multiple boards, including CRECER Latino Business Resource Group, Cedar House Life Change Center, and CASA 0101. A dedicated mentor and advocate, he invests his time in youth development and community empowerment. Michael is a published author, and when he’s not engaged in service or leadership work, he enjoys fishing, golf, basketball, and crocheting.
Yvonne Sanchez, Program Supervisor
Yvonne Sanchez is a dedicated community leader, program developer, and mentor with more than eight years of experience in Workforce Development and community impact initiatives throughout California. As a proud mother of two, Yvonne’s passion for service is rooted in her belief that every individual deserves an equal opportunity to succeed and the support needed to reach their full potential.
Throughout her career, Yvonne has successfully designed and implemented transformative programs that create real opportunities for underserved communities. Her expertise in program development and strategic implementation has led to impactful partnerships with Los Angeles County, including the PLACE Program (Preparing Los Angeles for County Employment), which helped connect underserved populations to meaningful career opportunities across multiple County departments.
Yvonne also had the privilege of partnering with the Department of Health Services to help develop and graduate one of the largest Harm Reduction Specialist Trainings in the region. This groundbreaking initiative equipped community members with the tools and education needed to support overdose prevention and community wellness, earning recognition that was featured on local Channel 7 News.
In addition to workforce initiatives, Yvonne has created Career Pathway programs and retention strategies focused on helping individuals grow, advance, and promote from within their organizations. Her work has consistently centered around empowerment, equity, and creating sustainable opportunities for long-term success.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Yvonne is deeply passionate about mentoring youth and serving her community both on and off the field. Whether coaching baseball, developing community programs, or supporting individuals in their career journeys, she believes in building environments where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to succeed.
Her mission is simple: to provide youth and communities with the tools, opportunities, guidance, and belief they need to create positive change in their lives. Yvonne firmly believes that with the right support system, encouragement, and opportunities, anyone can overcome obstacles, earn a second chance, and achieve greatness.
Taylor Jackson, Creative Specialist
Taylor Jackson serves as the Creative Specialist at UDID, where she combines creativity, leadership, and a passion for empowering the youth. After spending a year on staff as a basketball trainer, Taylor transitioned into her current role, bringing both energy and vision to the organization’s mission.
Taylor earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has dedicated much of her professional career to mentorship, athletics, and community impact. She has worked with the NBA Summer League for more than 10 years and currently serves as the Head Junior Varsity Coach at Etiwanda High School, while also working as an Instructional Assistant.
Driven by a commitment to helping others grow both on and off the court, Taylor values creating positive and inclusive spaces for young people to thrive. In her free time, she enjoys coaching, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
