Founder

Jasmyne Randolph is the Founder of UDID Academy. Raised in the Inland Empire and originally from Fontana, California, UDID was created from her passion for sports and her love for working with children, especially children with special needs. With more than 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Jasmyne has dedicated her career to supporting the growth and development of youth through structured programs, mentorship, and athletics.
She currently serves as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Etiwanda High School and has over five years of coaching experience. Jasmyne has participated in sports throughout her life and continued her athletic career at the collegiate level, experiences that helped shape her leadership, discipline, and commitment to empowering young people through sports and life skills development.
Through UDID Academy, Jasmyne combines her behavioral health expertise and athletic background to create inclusive programs that promote confidence, social development, teamwork, physical wellness, and personal growth for all participants.
