Founder

Jasmyne Randolph is the CEO and Founder of UDID (Unique Differences In Development), a program for special needs children and adults based on sports principles and Applied Behavioral Analysis. As a behavioral therapist/clinical supervisor, sports coach and personal trainer she customizes treatment and physical activity plans for special needs youth.

Jasmyne developed programs geared toward advancing the mental and physical well-being of children with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and various behaviors on the special needs’ spectrum.

UDID Sports Academy was created as a result of Jasmyne’s love of sports, her desire to serve special needs youth and her expertise in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Her unique program of shaping children with disabilities has resulted in improved social skills, communication skills, gross motor skills, health and safety awareness and in some cases established lifelong friendships. UDID will also include cheerleading and dance for young girls and adult women.

Jasmyne was a collegiate NAIA Division 1 student athlete in basketball who had opportunities to play professional basketball overseas. Additionally, she honored her leadership and athletic skills by competing in softball and track and field events. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University in Ontario, California. Jasmyne’s philosophy is that participating in sports is more than playing games, but rather a teaching tool for life skills that shape an individual’s mind and body. UDID Sports Academy provides a safe space with opportunities for special needs youth to excel.
