Founder
Jasmyne Randolph is the CEO and Founder of UDID. As a program supervisor, parent trainer and basketball coach, she customizes physical activity goals and plans. Jasmyne develops programs geared towards advancing the mental and physical well-being of individuals who have autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and various behaviors on the spectrum. UDID was created as a result of Jasmyne’s love of sports, her desire to serve individuals on the spectrum and her experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Her unique programs have resulted in improved social skills, communication skills, gross motor skills, health and safety awareness and in some cases established lifelong friendships. Jasmyne was a collegiate student athlete in basketball who had opportunities to play professional basketball overseas. Additionally, she honored her leadership and athletic skills by competing in softball and track and field events. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University in Ontario, California. Jasmyne’s philosophy is participating in sports is more than playing games, but rather a teaching tool for life skills that shape an individual’s mind and body.
